What’s the cost to us?
There is no upfront cost. We cover the machine, installation, inventory, and service. The only cost to you is the space the machine occupies. In some cases, a commission structure can be discussed, but our standard model requires no payment from the location.
Who owns the machine, and how is tax handled?
We retain full ownership and are responsible for all maintenance, inventory, and sales tax. Pricing includes tax, and we remit all applicable state and local taxes. You have no asset responsibility or depreciation exposure.
Is there a contract? How long is it?
Yes, we use a simple one-year agreement outlining responsibilities, insurance, and termination terms.
What if it doesn’t work out?
Either party may terminate with written notice. If termination occurs before the one-year term, an early termination fee applies to recover a portion of equipment and installation costs. We remove the machine at no additional cost once any applicable fee is satisfied.
What happens if the machine breaks or malfunctions?
Our smart pantry and cooler systems don’t use traditional vending mechanisms, so product jams are rare. Most issues involve connectivity or payment, which we resolve quickly.
What products do you offer?
We stock popular snacks and beverages, including healthier options. Product selection is adjusted based on demand and site preferences.
What Insurance coverage do you carry?
We maintain general liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage ($1,000,000 per occurrence) and can add your organization as additional insured if requested.
Are you licensed?
Yes, we are a registered LLC in Colorado with sales tax licenses.
Where would the machine go, and how much space is needed?
Machines are placed in visible, accessible areas such as common or waiting areas. Each unit requires roughly 2.5 ft × 3 ft and a standard electrical outlet.
Do you require Wi-Fi or accept card payments?
Machines use a provided SIM card for cellular connectivity, with optional use of location Wi-Fi or LAN. Credit cards and mobile payments are accepted for convenience.
